Eclephsia Vol 2 – Recuerdos Del Socavón
On this V/A, we wanted to get in touch with our motherland and were curious about how our culture could inspire other artists. The Bolivian Carnival was the perfect fit for this “experiment”. The subject given was “Carnival Club Weapons.” We wanted the artists to imagine tracks they would dance to in a dark club, surrounded by the mythical creatures of the Bolivian tradition. Here you will find 17 forms of expression, oscillating from Breaks to Dembow to Fast Techno to Dnb and Electro.
